Extensions:
At BEAR we do undertake extesions, completing a single storey extension in early 2015 in just over 12 weeks providing a client with an extra livingroom, hallway, loft space and bedroom with ensuite.
We have also taken three dormant garages and created a modern working environment for a professor, allowing him to create his own study, his own library and workshop.

Completing full property refurbishments at Buckingham Terrace, Bellevue Crescent, Belgrave Crescent, Melville Terrace and Pilrig Street within the last 12 months has allowed us to accrue special experience in planning, processing and carrying out works in accordance with current building regulations, to clients specification and to the highest standard.
